Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, we want you to love your brew. If there is an issue with your order, please follow the steps below.
Return Process

Provide a photo of the product and packaging if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For non-perishable items like gear or mugs, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
